Graphical were brought in by commercial real estate agent Belchak Corin as they were looking to update their brand. They had already decided to move away from the name as it was and wanted a more neutral name and so chose Belcor.
The challenge here was to make what is essentially a commercial estate agency into a brand that would resonate with their target client audience in the Media/Luxury goods space. If you want to attract clients like Gucci and Facebook, you need a brand that people can relate to, ahead of making any buying decisions. The website also needed to host dynamic content and does both with the use of video, but also with the Property Search functionality. We even added LiveChat for the team to speak to their clients.
We worked closely with the team, over a 12 week period, ran brand strategy workshops where we did a deep dive into what makes Belcor tick, what gets them out of bed in the morning; and then in parallel created User Journeys, Wireframes and a new Sitemap for the website. This resulted in a new fresh brand, supported digitally on their website and social media. Everything is on brand and has a consistent look and feel. The client has informed us that the new brand has already won them business in a competitive situation and there is no better client endorsement than that.
